Credit Administration Officer - Corporate Banking

• Prepare underhand agreements on credit facilities provided by the Bank to the Borrower, including how to bind the collateral and register it to the government institution when necessary
• Handling onshore and offshore Syndication Loan documentations, onshore and offshore loan assignment to other parties
• Review all legal documents including any agreement whether it is valid and needed to be revised and cooperate/coordinate with the lawyers / consultants
• Ensuring proper record keeping, recording and monitoring  credit agreements, collaterals, insurance, appraisal, and other supporting documents

Requirements :

• Local / Overseas graduate from reputable university with major in Law 
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position with commercial or corporate banking. Working experience from foreign banks will be an advantage
• Possesses good knowledge and experiences in credit and trade finance products
• Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skill
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good writing and presentation skills as well as research skill

Credit And Marketing Officer - Corporate Banking

• Maintain the relationship and monitoring the corporate clients on daily basis
• Develop new prospective corporate customers for banking services
• Review and propose of credit application for both new and renewal process
• Conduct regular site visit to customer location which involve traveling to outside Jakarta

Requirements:

• Local / Overseas graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0 (based on 4.0 scale)
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position with commercial or corporate banking. Working experience from foreign banks will be an advantage
• Possesses good knowledge and experiences in credit analysis and trade finance products
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skill
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good writing and presentation skills
