Responsibilities:
- Overseas and directs all aspects of the Food & Beverage Service Operation
- Maximized revenue and profitability
- Achieve the highest, appropriate levels of guest satisfaction
- Provides functional assistance and direction to Food & Beverage service operation
- Possess at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in English
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably experienced as Food & Beverage Manager
